Do you take insurance?
No, I do not. I can provide Super bills that could be submited for reinbursement.
Where are you located?
My office is on Bee Caves Rd. Close to the West Woods Shopping Center.
If I''m seeking therapy for my child, do I bring them to the first session?
I prefer to meet with just the parents for the first session and together we can create a plan for how future sessions will look like. In family therapy we can address the concerns in the order of priority.
How long does therapy take?
This truly depends on your goals and what kind of work you're looking to do and the level of complexity of the dynamics we are addressing. EFT is designed to be completed in about 15-20 sessions. Once we have our initial sessions we can talk about treatment plan and how long we should plan for our process to take. However, I always strive for people to leave my office with more hope and clarity starting from our first session.
How does Couple's counseling work?
We will take an intake session together, where I will gather some basic information about your relationship. I will then meet with each of you to get more detailed history. We will then meet all together for the remainder of the treatment. You are always free to ask any questions about the process. I value transparency and open communication.
